He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lyman Ellertson and Delila Julia Butt; his wife Carol Hatch Anderson; his siblings, Dean Ellertson and Donna Zabriskie; and his son-in-law Lary Cullimore.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Cowley (Dean) of Idaho Falls, Daniel Ellertson (Carol) of Provo, Kari Cullimore of Provo and Liane Bell (Justin); and his brother Lee Ellertson. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren, sixty-eight great grandchildren.
