She is survived by: her mother Donna "Hootie" Hurtado; her daughters, Donna (Orlando) and Jessica (Rafael); her brother Michael (Olga); her grandchildren, Taylor (Alex), Analicia, Ray, Mychelle, Leiah, David and Elliana; her niece Kristian (Jonny); her nephew Adrian (Lisa); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Julian, Alexander, Aniah and Espyn. She is also survived by Aunts, Uncles & cousins.
