He is survived by: his wife Carol Heineman; his children, Aaron Heineman, Benjamin Heineman (Afton), Alyson La (Justin), Bethany Heineman and Carah Burrell (Aaron); his grandchildren, Jacob Heineman, Autumn Buchanan (Matt), Lake Burrell, Harrison La, Gwendolyn Burrell, Adrienne "Didi" La, Lucas Heineman, Owen Heineman and Callahan Burrell; and his siblings, Zauzi Travis (Jim), Monica Heineman, Cecelia Farmer (Dale), Ida Larsen (John), Stephen Heineman, Otto Heineman (Christine) and Thomas Heineman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Provo City Cemetery (610 S State St, Provo, UT 84606). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the LDS Ward Pavilion (4300 N Canyon Rd, Provo, UT 84604).
