Phyllis leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Phyllis’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Phyllis will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Hamblin and Dora Hamblin. She is survived by: her husband Duane; and her children, Sherry Wall (Ray), David (Wren), Karen Huntsman (Don) and Eric (Hannah). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM at the Nelson Family Mortuary (4780 N University Ave, Provo, UT 84604). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Utah Veterans Cemetery & Memorial Park (17111 1700 W, Bluffdale, UT 84065).
