It is with sadness that the passing of Rae E. Fowler (Provo, Utah) is shared. Rae, born on March 30, 1941 in Salt Lake City, Utah, passed away on October 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Fowler; and her sister Susie Blakesley (Chris). She is survived by: her children, Kelly Fowler (Heather), Michele Strelow (Mark), Christian Fowler (Cari) and Nicki Collins (Andy); her stepsons, Kenny Fowler, Mark Fowler (late Susan) and David Fowler (Glenda); her grandchildren, Ansley, Morgan (John), Mason (Cassandra), Marshall, McClain (Samantha), Maddin, Peter, Eveah, Nick, Wyatt (Heidi), Lucy (Jared), Matthew, Joey (Maddie) and Jane; and her sister LeeAnn Longson (Lee).
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Hills 6th Ward (1960 N 1500 E, Provo, UT 84604).
