He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Spowart Izatt, Jr. and Marian McNeil Izatt; his former wife Helen Marie Felix; his daughter Linda Izatt; and his siblings, Pearl Merrill Evans, Hattie Merrill Tebbs, Ellen Izatt Defrees and Lloyd Izatt.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Izatt Foster (late Robert), Neil Izatt (Cheryl), Ted Izatt (Tracy), Steven Izatt (Marianne Silander) and Anne Marie Izatt; his former wife Virginia Bills Christensen; his stepchildren, Mark Christensen (Socorro), Larry Christensen (Xiaotian), Blake Christensen, Scott Christensen (Deb) and Holly Jasperson (Bruce); his former wives, Janet Spilsbury Bradshaw and Karen Maxwell (Cory); and his spouse Tracy Mansanarez (Jay). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
