He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Bell and Effie Jayne Bigler Bell; and his sister Joan Effie. He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his children, Lori Warner (Morgan), Gordon Bell (Cindy), Pam Rothe (Paul), Colin Bell (Deborah), Karla Smith (J. Eldon), Mark Bell (Erika) and Matt Bell (Trish); his siblings, Jackie Chavis (David) and Don Bell (Kris); and his sisters-in-law, JoAnn Dunn (Richard) and Leann Larsen. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
