He is survived by: his siblings, Colleen Johnson (Higginson) and Larry S. Higginson; and his children, Becky Ward (Steve), Andy Higginson (Adria), Emily Blackwelder (Scott), Sarah Bybee and Amanda Cieslik (Jason). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
