Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nelson Family Mortuary (4780 N University Ave, Provo, UT 84604). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Eastlawn Memorial (4800 N 650 E St, Provo, UT 84604).
