He is survived by: his children, Heidi Dixon, Kaitlin Smith and Benjy Smith; and his siblings, Marcel Smith (Robyn), Connie Kiesel (Lane), Sylva Lamont (Niel), Amy Paxman (Rick), Myrna Hammer (Earnie), Ben Smith (Alice) and Randy Smith (Christina).
In keeping with Roland's faith, let us remember the words from the Book of Mormon, Alma 7: 23-24, "And see ye have faith, hope and charity, and then ye will always be bound in good works.".
