He was predeceased by: his parents, Rulon Kidd Galloway, Sr. and Engelina Ingrid Krüger; and his siblings, Alvin and Kathelene E. Galloway. He is survived by: his wife Jayne; his son Andrew; his sister Mary Ellen Haley of San Jose, CA; and his aunt Rachel Christiansen of Pocatello, ID.

“Rulon and I go way back to 1966, where we both attended Hawthorne Junior High. After I moved to Provo to teach at BYU, Rulon and I connected again and we worked on many of his entrepreneurial ideas. Rulon was a creative person and was excited about his voice boom station. After several iterations, he was suppose to update me on his latest version. I just found out that he passed away. My deepest condolences to his family. I will miss his creative spirit.”
