He was predeceased by: his parent Fomai Aukuso; and his brother Deleo Fomai. He is survived by: his wife Portia Fomai; his parent Etelini Lepue; his siblings, Vee Lepue, Siaopo Lepue and Lulu Lepue; his children, Nevaeh, Demarcus and Sierra Fomai; and his stepson Karlton Ellis Jr..
