He is survived by: his wife Marian Holly Griffin Shipley; his sister Ann Cobb (Dick); his children, Holly (Steven Casos), Scott (Melissa Shipley), Heather (Steve Johnson), Matt (Becky Shipley) and Robyn (Matthew Steen); his siblings, Merlin Cecil and Coila Luella Shipley; his son John Denver (Jessica Shipley); and his grandson Steve. He is also survived by his 25 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
