He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Heinerman and James Fred Liddiard; and his brother Bradley Fred Liddiard. He is survived by: his daughter Chelsey; and his brothers, Scot (Ricki), Cory (Mauna) and Kelly. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the East Lawn Memorial Hills Cemetery (4800 Timpview Dr, Provo, UT 84604).
