She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura Probst and Verne S. Nelson; and her husband Leon Hurst. She is survived by: her children, Scott, Terri, Kelli and Kevin. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the LDS Church (1600 N 1880 W St, Provo, UT 84604). A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Orem City Cemetery (1520 N 800 E, Orem, UT 84097).
