Thurman leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Thurman’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Thurman will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, LaRue Blackley and Farris Blackley; his siblings, Bobby, Duane and Nina; his wife Kathy; and his son Jim.
He is survived by: his children, Stuart Blackley, Michelle Hodson (Curt) and Nicole Smith (Ed). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Heber City Cemetery.
