He is survived by: his grandfather Dale Bair; his parent Leah Olson (Bob) of Fairview; his sisters, Kayce Pace (TJ) of Mona and Amy Bethers (Travis) of Spanish Fork; his stepfather Robert K Bethers of Provo; his grandparents, Linda Bair of Provo and Lynn Olsen of Mount Pleasant; and his great-grandparent Glen Bair of Provo. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, cousins, nieces and Nephews.
