He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Elwood Morrell and Ora Willa Coleman Morrell; his siblings, Elvon Jacobs (Paul), Mack Morrell (Marie), Dean Morrell (Miriam) and Gordon Morrell (Connie); and his children, Faith Ann Morrell, Lora Joy Monson (Micah), Mary Grace South (John), Megan Hope Brunson (Tim), William Micah Morrell (Alisha) and Desiree Dean Jolley (Ben).

He had charity and love for all and would minister to all.

“Pam and family, Reed's services were beautiful! I wished we could of been there in person, but my Dad rarely leaves the house these days due to the Corona. We have loved and respected Reed and your family for as long as I can remember. He is indeed a special angel on earth. When we lived in Provo, every year for years, Reed would bring me a gallon of apple juice on Christmas Eve. It was always such a treat and I truly missed that when we moved away. YOU and Reed raised a beautiful family.”
