He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Sandra Lee Jensen; and his stepmother-in-law Andrea Jensen. He is survived by: his wife Robyn Lee Jensen of Central Valley, Utah; his children, Ashlee Jackson (Jason) of Caineville, UT, Mayson Southwick (Kelsey) of Bicknell, UT, Timberlee Wood (Nick) of Lyman, UT, Weston Southwick (Kemree) of Elsinore, UT and Karlee Johnson (Keldon) of Nampa, ID; his grandchildren, Paizlee, Payden, Tynnlee, Camden, Henley, Crew, Kennedee, Harper, London, Claire, Lextyn, Kort and Taytum; his parents, John Southwick and Sue Southwick of Richfield Utah; his siblings, Shane Southwick, Sindi Bailey (Thurl) and Jed Southwick (Jamie); his father-in-law Eddie Jensen of Thatcher, ID; and his in-laws, Tod Jensen (Deita), Shane Jensen (Sid) and Brandon Jensen (Amy). He is also survived by his family, friends.
