He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Michael and Margaret Ann; his stepfather Robert Larry Herbstritt of Richfield; and his siblings, Thomas Michael, Raquel McMillan, Christopher John, Veronica McMillan of Gunnison, Bryan James, Misty Herbstritt, Amanda Jean, Marco Pagliarini of Pleasant Grove, Kimberley Marie, Bryan Fisher of Clinton, Tiffany Michelle Herbstritt of North Ogden, Robert Larry and Amanda Herbstritt Jr. of Springville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
