It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Fetter (Richfield, Utah), who passed away on December 4, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry J. Bates and Nedra Olsen Bates; and her grandchildren, Kayla Nicole Flores and Shayne Allen Flores. She is survived by : her husband Bob; her daughters, Teresa Montgomery (Jon) of Las Vegas, NV, Sheila Flores (Chris) and Alesha Carsten; her sister Judie Curtis; her grandchildren, Nash Lamprecht, Breezy Banks (Ryan), Trey Flores, Karissa Carsten, Colton Carsten, Ricky Flores and Kristina Ramirez (Teo); and her great grandchildren, Skylen Lamprecht, Tatum Flores-Butcher, Harmony Ramirez, Brooklynn, Braelynn Banks, Teo Jr. Ramirez, Braxton Banks and Kobain Flores.
