He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson Milton Mills and Florence Ellen Hamaker. He is survived by: his wife Sondra Rasmussen; and his children, David (Elizabeth), Daniel (Lynnette), Kimberly Hooper (Brian), Kenneth (Tarali), Richard (Kerri), Kaelynn Packer (Daniel), Michael (Rachel) and Matthew (Krystal). He is also survived by his children, 34 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
