He is survived by : his wife Elena Moreland Distel; his children, Wade Distel (Vennessa), Katrina Swapp (Thom), Anna Barlow (Douglas), Maria Wilson (Joshua) and Sister Miletta Distel Knob (Ray); his brothers, Bill Distel (Dorothy) and Bob Distel (Darlene); his sister-in-law Donna; his grandchildren, Samuel, Kristopher, Thom Gene, Sedona, Joseph, Jesse, Elizabeth, Porter, Andreas, Evinn, Pearl, Lola, Ilsa, Arnold and Addy; and his great grandchildren, Everett and Avery.
