He is survived by: his aunt June; his uncle Vern; his nephew Eric; his nieces, Emily and Kerry; his wife Trudy; his son Michael Chad; his grandchildren, Natalie Bentley (Brad) of Farmington, Benjamin Anderson (Merridee) of Payson, Joshua Anderson (Amber), Jarom Anderson of Springville and Blake Anderson of Richfield; his sister-in-law Sherilyn Greenhalgh; and his grandchildren, Gabriel, Jonah, Victoria Bentley, Kemp, Bindi, Della Anderson, Ivan, Renee, Alyce, Lochlan Anderson, Payton, Julien and Jackson Anderson.
