He is survived by: his wife Becky Cowley; his children, Taylor Cowley (Alejandra) and Katie Thomas (Enoch); his grandsons, Elijah, Eli and Ethan; and his siblings, Kristine Carlile (Brent), Rosalyn Dalley (Brent), Bradford Cowley (Deanna) and Bart Cowley (Betty).
