He is survived by: his wife Verlynn Winn; his children, Rebecca Heather McCracken (Charles), Robert Levie Winn (Sunshine), Benjamin Taylor Winn (Charity), Meleta Marie Winn and Leo Judson Winn (Krista Stavelend); and his brother Randy E. Winn. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
