She is survived by: her mother Therma Kinder Oliphant Budd of St. George; her husband Jim Mayfield of Elsinore; her children, Bobbie Wichael of Kearns, Jamie Helquist (Dustin) of Alpine and Lawrence Wichael of Redmond; and her sisters, Priscilla Daugherty of Las Vegas, Hazel Matthews (Pat) of Cedar City and Carolyn Lytle of St. George. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
