He is survived by : his mother Joann Reese Campbell of Parowan, Utah; his wife Jeannette of Richfield, Utah; his children, Jeff Campbell (Saralyn) of Pasco, Washington, Laura (Kelly), Brent (Emily), David Campbell Las Vegas of Nevada, Jared, Michael Campbell (Brittany) and Elysa (Jesse); and his siblings, Leo (JoAnn), Janet (Louis), Renee (Gary), Victor (Valoy) and Dane Campbell (Susan) of Japan. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren.
