She was predeceased by: her parents, May Clark and Curtis Jackson Clark; her siblings, Donna, Curtis and Lennis; and her granddaughter Tayler.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer, Jeremy, Jeannette, James and Jordan. She is also survived by grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
