He is survived by: his children, Scott and Debra Jo Boyack (Marvin); and his grandchildren, Whitney Gochnour (Josh), Paden Olsen, Bailey Cannon (Braydon) and Brittney Staker (Nathan). He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
