He is survived by: his wife Allison; his son Craig Jr. Wallace (CJ); and his siblings, Carol Warbalow, Sheri Wallace, Don Wallace, Scott Wallace, Rick Wallace, Brock Wallace, Heidi Novak, Amy Hall, Jenny Wallace and Julie Coffman.
