He is survived by : his wife Colleen Allen; his daughters, Denise (David), Alysa (Tim), Magen and Amanda; his grandchildren, Hannah, McKenna, Gavin, Lindsey, Caleb, Payton, Beckam and Hayden; and his siblings, Don E. Johnson and Nancy Johnson Ott. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
