He is survived by: his significant other Diana Clark; his children, Tonya (Brent Hawkins), Jon (Jennifer Clark), Kimberli (Eric Turner) and Janet (Doug Thornton); and his brothers, Tom, Bob and Randy. He is also survived by his 9 great grandchildren.
