She is survived by: her siblings, Betty Bessey, Barbara Albrecht, Glate and Bobbie Harris; her close friend Richard Eugene Higbee; her husband Richard Eugene Higbee; and her children, Sherri Miller of Redlands, Cindy Welch Smith of Reno, Nevada, Cory of Draper, Todd of South Jordan and Aaron of Leesburg, Virginia.. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
