He is survived by: his parents, Allen Michaelis and Hali Michaelis; his siblings, William, Luke, Julia, Isabella, Samuel and Catherine; and his grandparents, Owen, Sherla Michaelis, Robert and Melissa Mendenhall. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
