He is survived by: his parents, Troy Shinsel and Quanette Shinsel of Riverton, Utah.; his wife Pamela Williams; his stepdaughters, Jessica Watrin (Kyle) and Emily Sisam (Travis); his grandchildren, Blakely, Shawni, Kai, Lyla, Leilani and Cambree; his sisters, Brandy Elegante (Tony) and Charidee Lund (Alex); and his nieces and nephews, Kiara, Ace, Dylan, Kambree Elegante, McKenlee, Ainslee, Preslee and Tanner Lund.
