She was loved and cherished by many people including: husband: Charles Samuel Francis; parents: Joseph Parley Allred and Venetta Elizabeth Allred; children: Mike Pando, Terri Francis-Lechtenberg (Eldon) and Tiffany Ann Francis-Long; grandchildren: Joshua Russell (Madison), Lindsay Francis (Matthias) and Hailey Alexa Haslam; sisters: Donna and Jeanne; uncle: Gary; aunt: Margie; other: Dawn, Lynn and Jenine Allred; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bluffdale City Cemetery (14229 S Redwood Rd, Bluffdale, UT 84065).
