He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Burningham (Wardle) and Floyd Burningham; and his son Casey Carlsen. He is survived by: his wife Chris Burningham (Tripp); his children, Clint Burningham (Emily), Kim Carson (Cory), Jeremy Carlsen and Ryan Carlsen; his grandchildren, Cassie Shields (Cole), Dallon Burningham, Kiersten Allred (Jordan), Kamryn Winn (Kycen), Chantry Burningham, Jade Martin (Tyson), Harley Carson, Krew Carlsen and Ryder Carlsen; and his siblings, Sue Thacker (Burt), Dale Burningham (Lana) and Jay Burningham (Korby). He is also survived by his six great-grandchildren.
