With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of LaVerl Porter Barlow (Riverton, Utah), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 10, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though LaVerl Porter may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mollie Jackstien Barlow and Laverl Porter Barlow; and his son-in-law Shane Haws. He is survived by: his daughters, Leslee Bishop (Dave), Amy Haws and Krista Cozzens; his sister Nannette Holmberg (Dave); and his niece Erin Dahl (Ryan). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren.
