She was predeceased by: her parents, Juanita Matson and Jesse Melvin Kelsey; her husband Willard; her siblings, Melray, Ronald and Shanna; and her grandson Brandon.
She is survived by: Michael Tanner (Rebecca), Lisa Christensen (Kevin), John Tanner (Catherine) and Wendi Tanner (Jay). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
