He was predeceased by: his parents, George Galbreath and Janet Arnold. He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his daughter Shelby Favaloro (Tony); his grandchildren, Roman and Isabella; his sisters, Susan Mikesell (Loren) and Stacy Green; and his siblings' children, Erika Congdon, Morgan Mikesell and Zachary Mikesell.
