He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Duke and Eileen Jex Peay. He is survived by: his wife Kirsten; and his children, Brandon (Greta), Eliisa Butler (Jeremy), Jeffrey (Trystal), Andy (Jessica), Jon (Tori) and Michael (Jade). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
