It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Lyn Pettley Sr. (Riverton, Utah), who passed away on October 15, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Edgar Pettley and Elizabeth Pettley; his wife Lila Pettley; his siblings, Daniel Pettley, Bonnie Allred, Julia Blacksher, Donald Pettley and Kathleen Pettley; and his grandson Brandon Parker.

He is survived by : his former life partner Elizabeth Lee Parker; his children, Julia Jean Pettley, Richard Lynn Pettley Jr., Lois Elaine Penegar, Dennis Eugene Pettley, Alena, Vonda and Billy; his grandsons, Jeremy and Skyler; and his siblings, Debra Hintze (Vance) of Tooele, UT and John Pettley of Tooele, UT.. He is also survived by Numerous Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
