He was predeceased by : his significant other Sally Jane Ramsey Haislip; his parents, Harold Haislip and Frances Haislip; his in-laws, Carl Ramsey and Mary Zeigler Ramsey; his sister Charlotte Krauss; and his brother-in-law Bill Krauss.

He is survived by : his sons, Kevin Haislip (Jody) and Ronnie Sue Ellingson (Greg); his sister Mary Edna Scott (John); and also Sally. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Broomhead Funeral Home (12600 S 2200 W, Riverton, UT 84065).
