He is survived by : his wife Mandy Hansen; his children, Derek (Ariane), Jannika (Zach), Nathan (Diana), Cameron (Gaby) and Koby; and his siblings, Catherine (Bob), Doug (Sandy), Paul (Kim), Lauralee (Greg) and Jonathan (Erica).
