She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Madeline Gardner (Zachary Farr), Harrison Gardner, Austin Cox and McKenna Medina (Aaron); her grandson Aiden Medina; her parents, John Fairbanks and Nicki Fairbanks; and her siblings, Heidi Fairbanks Reilly, Chris Fairbanks (Julie) and John Fairbanks (Stephanie).
