He was predeceased by: his parents, William Isaac and Edna May Thompson Jenkins; his wife Hattie JaNice Spencer of Neola; his siblings, Raymond, Don, Clyde and Lola Mitchell; his daughter Paula Marie Hayes; and his granddaughter Jennifer Hayes.
He is survived by: his cousins, Vern "Bud" Richens, Gordon, Shar Benson, Marvin, Rosie, Rockie Bozarth, Cliff and Lynn Hackford; his daughter Treska Olson (Scott); his grandchildren, Cody Jenkins and Jessi Ann Lymon; his great grandchild Phoenixx Dawn; and his siblings, Norman Jenkins (Carolyn), Eldon Jenkins (Debra), Lois Johnstun, Sandy, Virginia Tanner, Vernal and Fern Zubiate (Rafael).
