She is survived by: her children, Jerry Yack (Suzy) of South Jordan, Robert Yack (Teresa) and Lori Nebeker (Chris); her grandchildren, Larry of Dave, Dustin, Kymberlee and Rhett; and her great grandchildren, Kelsie, Ava, Straton, Kacen and Jordyn.
