He is survived by: his mother Laurel Bailey Sorenson (Maurice); his wife Katherina Rogers; and his children, Lane Val Christensen (Amber), Brandon Bud Christensen (Jennifer), Ryen Hastings (Donnie) and Darci Lee Francis (Josh). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
