Abelardo leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Abelardo’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He is survived by: his wife Mercedita Pineda; his children, Angenette, Arvin and Aldrian; his siblings, Nerissa (Mitchell) and Arnold (Nora); and his nieces and nephews, Melissa, Aera, Archie and Wendel.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Book Hotel Lindquist's Roy Mortuary (3333 W 5600 S, Roy, UT 84067). A rosary was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Lindquist's Roy Mortuary (3333 W 5600 S, Roy, UT 84067).
